Kimmie's second rule was that she did not want the baby passed around until after they got home from the hospital. I sat down right next to David who was holding the baby and said in my sweetest, kindest, most gentle grandmotherly voice....."David, hand me the baby". This is what followed my getting to hold my grandson first!

Those are the sweetest pictures. Kimmie will learn.....Grandparents over ride any rules parents make. That's the deal......they will have to live with it! Congrats!
